Our Day/Month of Coordination package offers services to support couples who have planned their own wedding but want help implementing those plans on the day of.  

 

Beginning a month before your wedding, we are here to offer advice via email and phone.          

 

After an onsite walk-through to see your location and provide suggestions, we will create a detailed schedule which outlines every step of your day, including your ceremony processional, reception timeline, and review your instructions for your vendors.                                                                                         

 

One week prior to your wedding, we take over communication and management of all vendors, create a production schedule, and lead a final walk-through with vendors (if available).  

            

The day before your wedding, we coordinate your ceremony rehearsal and walk your family and bridal party through the timing and events of wedding day. (Rehearsal dinner is not included)

On wedding day, we gently guide you and your bridal party through the day, greet your vendors, and oversee their timely setup of rentals and decor. as well as execution of their contracted services.     

 

During ceremony and reception, we will cue all traditional events according to the timeline, ensuring that you are able to relax and enjoy your special day with your family and friends. 

​

At the end of the evening, we will assist you with placing gifts and personal effects in a designated vehicle, to facilitate your exit and start your honeymoon care free!
